Hoteliers in Oyo state cried out at the level of multiple taxation in the state. According to the President of the Oyo State Hoteliers Association, operators in the industry face several taxation which include land use charges, tourism charges, trade and investment charges, fire service charges, emission tax, and many more… 

This is directly not in line with the promise made by Governor Seyi Makinde to eradicate all multiple taxation.
