Establishment Of Graduate Youth Employment Scheme

Governor Seyi Makinde's promise to establish a Graduate Youth Employment Scheme during his first term (2019-2023) was never executed. 

Official government documentation explicitly states that the program was "not yet commenced" as of June 2022, two-thirds into his first term, and remained unfulfilled when his first term ended in May 2023. 

The promise was unambiguous: a dedicated graduate employment scheme. The administration failed to deliver it.
