We Will Rehabilitate The Agbonle To Ogbooro Road Within Three Years Of Being Re-elected

Governor Seyi Makinde promised to rehabilitate the Agbonle to Ogbooro Road within three years of his second term (by May 2026). This rural road upgrade would ease transport for farmers, cut travel time to markets, reduce vehicle maintenance costs, and stimulate economic activity in Oke Ogun zone communities.

With only approximately two months remaining before the three-year deadline expires in May 2026, the promise to rehabilitate the Agbonle to Ogbooro Road appears highly unlikely to be fulfilled within the promised timeframe. Unless the government performs a miracle in the coming months, this will remain an unfulfilled campaign promise to the people of Saki East Local Government Area.
