Our Assessment

The One-Stop Shop Investment Centre, to be housed at OYSIPA in Jericho GRA Ibadan, would centralize business registration, permits, licensing, and investor services from multiple agenciesm, cutting red tape, reducing setup time from months to days, attracting FDI, and boosting MSME growth across Oyo State.

Construction bids were called in August 2024 (15 months after May 2023 inauguration), with OYSIPA's strategic plans repeatedly listing it as a future initiative; no evidence of operationalization by May 2024 despite the explicit one-year deadline.

The centre remains under construction/planning nearly three years post-promise, classifying this as broken.
