The administration has taken concrete administrative steps to fulfill this promise by completing the costing (Bill of Quantities) for the additional 51 facilities and securing external partnership (World Bank IMPACT project) to fund the work. While the physical completion of the full 351 centres is not yet finalized as of early 2026, the promise is actively progressing. The recent rollout of the 66-centre upgrade scheme in mid-2025 demonstrates a renewed push to close the gap before the 2027 deadline, making the "one per ward" goal achievable if the current pace is sustained.
